ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

M.M.H College, Ghaziabad was established by a social reformer Shri Guru Pitaji Maharaj on 1st July 1948 to provide educational opportunities to the downtrodden classes of the local society. The vision of the College is to produce responsible citizens of the country and their empowerment. The College is a Grant-in-aid institution and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational Post-graduate College spread over an urban area of 13.58 acres in Ghaziabad town.

The College has built up impressive infrastructure and had developed learning resources over the past 58 years. It has 3 academic blocks with 80 class rooms, 15 laboratories, health center, play ground, 2 gymnasium, 1 auditorium/seminar hall, girls common room, rooms for teachers, library, own source of water facility, power backup with seven generators, rooms for administrative offices and NCC and NSS. The classrooms are bright and airy with modern furniture and laboratories are accommodated with modern equipments. The Central Library of the College has a carpet area of 10,130 sq.ft. There are 1,27,334 books out of which 3000 are reference books, 20 magazines/periodicals, and 128 journals of which 4 are foreign publications. Copies of the 600 Ph.D. theses are also available in the library. The hostel of MMH provides accommodation for all the needy students.
